• The Marina at David Park is owned, operated, and maintained by the Town of Brookhaven. Slips are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Boats are welcome from both Town residents and nonresidents, with fees based on a per-foot basis and residency.

• The Davis Park Post Office
  is open July & August it is located across from the Davis Park Fire House and has a small lending library and is staffed by Doris Falvey, US Mail person.

  Doris Falvey has worked for the Davis Park United State Post Office for 27 years, she is a summer resident of Davis Park since she was a girl. Raising 6 children, she remembers a time her husbands job relocated the family to Utah and she took a 2-1/2 day train ride with 3 children while expecting her 4th across country to summer in Davis Park. Her duties began in 1956 with the Post Office attached to a building with no windows and now courtesy of the David Park Fire Department, is now located on widen and refurbished main walk. You will find a large community bulletin board to the right, a mail delivery notice board and covered seating area to the left. The seating area is surrounded by flower boxes and covered by a pergola. It is perhaps a perfect place to read your mail, or a book that you can borrow from the small lending library inside the Post Office. The walk from the marina to the post office steps is line with beautiful plantings and as Doris also points out the post office now has 4 windows and a door, to allow for a nice ocean breeze to keep her cool while performing her duties. Be sure to stop by and buy your stamps at the Davis Park Post Office from July 1 to September 1.
